Product range

One category, done properly.

We make dresses and nothing else — mostly woven, much of it lightweight. That focus is why our pattern room, cutting tables and finishing line are tuned to one product.

Why brands stay

Four reasons buyers keep the account open.

Most sourcing problems start before the sewing machine: a spec that cannot be built, a fabric that arrives late, a fit that drifts between sizes. We take those on inside our own building.

    BSCI-audited, SGS-verified

amfori BSCI registered (ID 156-071979-001). SGS passed our social-compliance audit on 1 August 2026 — report JSASCN26601448 goes straight into your compliance file.

  • 02
    A long-term Li & Fung supplier

Years of large, high-standard orders for a global sourcing group — the least forgiving reference a factory can carry.

  • 03
    Three bases, two speeds

Panyu and the Baiyun / Qingyuan cells take sampling and urgent runs; Huangshi in Hubei takes volume. Sixty pieces or ten thousand, on the same spec sheet.

  • 04
    Secondary crafts in-house

Embroidery, printing, pleating and beading never leave the building, so the sample and the bulk order are made by the same hands.

How we work

Six stages, one building.

Fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, pressing, 100% inspection and packing happen on our own floor — quality is controlled, and responsibility is traceable.

01 Fabric check

Four-point inspection on every roll: shade, faults, shrinkage.

02 Cutting

Two 12-metre tables, laid and cut in-house for the least waste.

03 Sewing

30 machines, one operator per operation, bundle by bundle.

04 Pressing

Eight vacuum tables — a fit only reads correctly once pressed.

05 100% inspection

Eight check tables and a 20-strong finishing team, piece by piece.

06 Packing

Folded, tagged and packed to your carton spec, then shipped.

Inside the factory

4,600 m²+ behind it.

The Panyu workshop sits in Jiangnan Village, next to Guangzhou's fabric market — cutting, sewing, pressing, inspection and packing under one roof. Baiyun, Qingyuan and Huangshi add speed and volume when an order needs it.

Our standard

"Woven is unforgiving. A millimetre at the cutting table becomes a centimetre at the hem — so nothing leaves here without being measured."
